This Privacy Policy explains how Advisory Alignment Collective, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, or take part in the Advisory Alignment Program (the "Program").

Information you give us
- Interest and waitlist forms: your name, email address, role, school name and address, school website, the advisory program you’re interested in, the number of advisors, your preferred start time, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to share about your advisory program.
- Mailing list sign-ups: your email address and whether you agreed to receive updates.
- Program accounts: if your school enrolls, we create accounts for the people your school names. These include name, email address, and password, plus your progress, assignments, and responses inside the Program.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or share during a call.
- Billing details: your school’s billing contact and payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automaticallyWhen you use the website, our platform collects basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. It also uses cookies to keep you signed in and make the website work. Our
Cookie Policy has the details.
We use information to:
- respond to your inquiries and follow up about the Program
- work out with your school whether the Program is a good fit
- set up and run your school’s Program, including accounts, course access, and live sessions
- send you information you asked for, and updates if you opted in
- invoice and process payments
- improve the Program and the website
- meet our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Program, and only as much as they need:
- LearnWorlds hosts our website and the online Program.
- 17hats hosts our interest forms, client records, agreements, and invoices.
- Zoho provides our email.
- Payment providers process payments.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business changes ownership, information may transfer as part of that change.
How your school may use the work it creates in the Program is set out in your Program agreement. We will not quote you or attribute a testimonial to you without your permission, and any testimonial or case study uses only the attribution you agree to in writing.
Emails: you can unsubscribe from updates using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us.
Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@advisoryalignment.org. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. That means for the length of your school’s Program and a reasonable period afterward for records, billing, and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Our website and the Program are for school administrators and educators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please do not submit student information through our forms.
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
